Our approach
The website is designed with semantic page structure, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus states, descriptive labels, reduced-motion support, responsive layouts, and text alternatives for meaningful images.
Supported interaction
Core navigation, service information, phone links, and the service-request form are intended to work without a mouse. Motion-enhanced elements respect the browser or operating-system reduced-motion preference.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Content, browsers, devices, and assistive technologies change over time, so the site may be refined as issues are identified.
Report a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility problem, email mobilemower@mw.twcbc.com or call (502) 241-0421. Include the page, the task you were trying to complete, and the assistive technology or device involved when practical so the issue can be investigated.
Alternative access
If a website feature is not usable for you, the shop can provide the same core service-request and contact information by phone at (502) 241-0421.
