Operational messages
When you request service or use the customer portal, the shop may contact you about scheduling, diagnosis, estimates, parts, repair progress, pickup, delivery, billing, or other account-related matters using the contact information you provided.
Text messaging
SMS is used only when the shop has configured its messaging provider and the communication is appropriate for the customer relationship. Message and data rates may apply. SMS availability is not guaranteed.
Marketing and newsletter
Newsletter subscription is separate from necessary service communications. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe using the link associated with their subscription.
Keep contact information current
Customers are responsible for providing contact information they control and updating the shop if it changes. Do not share a customer-portal access link with an unauthorized person.
Urgent matters
Electronic messages are not an emergency channel. For time-sensitive shop questions, call (502) 241-0421.
