Requests are not appointments
A website or portal request starts shop review. Timing, serviceability, transport, inspection, and appointment details are confirmed by the shop.
Inspection and diagnosis
Symptoms reported by a customer are not a diagnosis. Disassembly, testing, or inspection may reveal additional conditions. The shop will communicate material changes before performing work that requires additional authorization.
Estimate decisions
Approving an estimate or estimate line authorizes the described work and associated charges subject to parts availability and conditions discovered during service. Declining work may leave the equipment unrepaired or partially repaired.
Electronic signatures
An electronic signature or recorded approval may be used as evidence of authorization, pickup/release acknowledgment, or another transaction identified at the time of signing.
Parts, timing and transport
Parts availability, supplier delays, seasonal workload, weather, access conditions, and equipment condition can affect timing. Pickup or delivery requests are not confirmed until the shop accepts the route and timing.
Final release
Balances, approved charges, release conditions, warranty information, and any declined/deferred work should be reviewed before equipment leaves the shop or is delivered.
