Information we process
Depending on the interaction, records may include contact details, service addresses, equipment brands/models/serial numbers, symptoms, service and maintenance history, estimates and decisions, repair status, pickup/delivery requests, invoices and payment status, customer messages, photographs, inspection evidence, electronic signatures, portal-session information, QR/service identifiers, and newsletter preferences.
Website and security data
Our systems may process IP addresses, request timing, browser/device information, security events, rate-limit data, cookies, local/session storage, and similar technical information needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the service.
Employee and shop operations
Authorized internal systems process employee identity and role, assignments, schedules, time punches, breaks, manager corrections, audit history, route activity, work notes, and other operational records. Access is role-limited and intended for business administration and service delivery.
How information is used
We use information to respond to requests, create and manage service records, communicate repair status, coordinate approvals and transport, maintain equipment history, provide portal access, administer employees, protect the system, keep business records, and provide optional newsletters or integrations when enabled.
Service providers and optional integrations
Core hosting and database services include Vercel and Supabase. Depending on configuration, the business may also use providers for transactional email, SMS, payment processing, accounting, address verification, malware scanning, analytics, or AI/call assistance. An integration is treated as active only when it is actually configured.
Payment information
When online payment is enabled, payment-card information is handled by the configured payment processor. The CRM is designed to store transaction/invoice status rather than complete payment-card numbers.
Storage, retention and backups
Operational records are retained as reasonably needed for service, warranty, accounting, payroll, security, legal, and business-continuity purposes. Repair media and backups may be stored in private cloud storage. Retention can vary by record type and legal obligation.
Your choices
Contact the shop to request reasonable access, correction, or deletion of customer information, subject to legal, safety, accounting, warranty, payroll, or operational record requirements. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe separately from necessary service communications.
Children
See our Children's Privacy page for information about people under 13.
