Not directed to children under 13
Mobile Mower Repair's website, customer portal, repair authorization, estimate, billing, and business services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13.
Requests and authorizations
A child should not independently submit a repair authorization, approve an estimate, create a payment obligation, or use a customer access link. A parent, guardian, or other authorized adult should handle those activities.
If information is submitted
If we learn that personal information was submitted by or about a child under 13 without appropriate adult involvement, we will review the record and take reasonable steps to delete or appropriately handle it, subject to legal or safety record requirements.
Parent or guardian requests
A parent or guardian can contact mobilemower@mw.twcbc.com or (502) 241-0421 to ask about information that may involve a child and request appropriate correction or deletion.
